Our SHEQ team is responsible for the development and support of an integrated management system with the following focal points: -Occupational and plant safety(Safety/Security) -Health protection(Health) -Sustainability and environmental protection(Envrioment) -Quality management(Quality) -Responsible corporate governance (CSR) To support our SHEQ managers, we are looking for a full-time commercial SHEQ administrator (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Your requirements

  • Commercial training

    Completed commercial vocational training, professional experience in a logistics or technical environment would be desirable

  • Readiness

    also deal with complex topics, standards and legal texts

  • Very good German language and spelling skills

  • Good English language skills

    written and spoken

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office

    familiarity with common applications (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)


Your tasks

  • Recording and processing customer complaints

    incl. the statement to customers

  • Participation in the analysis of incidents

    and the development of corrective and preventive measures

  • Internal and external communication

    (by telephone, in writing), general commercial correspondence, preparation of presentations

  • Data processing and refurbishment

    Maintenance of specialist databases (SHEQ, possibly also data protection and information security)

  • Participation in:

    – maintaining management documentation – preparing operating instructions – preparing and following up internal and external audits – preparing meetings
